Conference Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Suzanne Low, CMP at slow@dcuc.org by Friday, February 2, 2024. Cancellation requests that are received by Friday, February 2, 2024, will be processed less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the meeting. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds after Friday, February 2, 2024, and NO REFUNDS for no-shows. Fees cannot be carried over to future DCUC events, meetings, conference, or webinar. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to this cancellation/substitution policy.
Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms and incurring any cancellation fees from hotel, airlines and rental cars.
